They are safety and environmentally focused and lovely and kind people. The experience is tailor-made to your preferences (to the extent possible) and every detail is attended to. Their tour equipment is new, excellent quality, and in top condition. The beautiful lunch, snacks, and extras were thoughtfully prepared and delicious.     We ate a delicious lunch of fresh prawns, crab, homemade salads and brownie! on a tiny uninhabited island.
    It feels so good supporting small businesses, and you come away with an enriching experience that is far more personalised than if you booked a large charter tour.
    Thank you Adele + Stuart for showing us these stunning islands, reef and all the wildlife. We wish you the very best.

    We were provided with loads of useful information, advice and guidance that proved to be very helpful.

    Our transfers were great and very convenient and delivered us right to the front door of our holiday accommodation on the island (including our luggage and our provisions) that all arrived safe and dry!

    We also had the opportunity to spend half a day with Adele and Stuart on a a tour of the islands in the Family Group of Islands and then we hit the water for some snorkeling on the reef where we saw turtles, giant clams and other amazing tropical fish and coral.

    I highly recommend these guys and we cannot wait to get back soon!

The word for today is resilient adjective (of a The word for today is resilient adjective (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions. ~ Over the past 6 weeks we've documented how these near shore fringing reefs have handled everything the weather has thrown at them. ~ Sure there was a bit of bleaching after Jasper but 90% of the corals have now recovered and there was no death. ~ For those playing along at home bleached coral is not necessarily dead. It's a sign of stress. And like all stress there are levels of intensity. ~ Just like any population a few are taking longer to recover. ~ That's why in water observations are critical. Because we need to look at the corals to see how stressed they are. ~ That can't be determined from a photograph at any scale. Butterfly fish are some of my favourite fish to wa Butterfly fish are some of my favourite fish to watch. ~ ~ They can generally be found in pairs as they mate for life. ~ ~ Butterfly fish set up and defend a patch of coral. Just a reminder that the Great Barrier Reef Marine Just a reminder that the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park is just as beautiful above the water as below. ~ With over 900 islands in the park, it would take years to visit them all. ~ Each has its own vibe. Some are great for day trips, others for castaway adventures.
